MSH Online Services ("we", "us", "our") is a Common Service Center (CSC) / digital service facilitation center based in Edubi, Kalaburagi, Karnataka, India. We assist customers in applying for and obtaining various government and private documents and services through online and offline processes.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile services, and in-person assistance. By using our services, you accept these terms in full.

We act as a facilitator and intermediary to help you apply for services that include, but are not limited to:

• Government certificates (Income, Caste, Residence, Birth, Death, etc.)
• Aadhaar-related services, PAN card applications
• Ration card, Voter ID, and other civil documents
• Online form filling and application submission
• Document scanning, printing, and related digital services

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or be represented by a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you confirm that all information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and legally belong to you or the person you are authorized to represent.

• Provide accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents.
• Ensure you have the legal right to apply for the requested service.
• Upload clear, valid, and unaltered copies of required documents.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional documents or clarification.
• Pay the applicable service fees as agreed.

Our service fees are charged for the assistance, facilitation, processing, and convenience we provide. These fees are separate from any government fees payable to the concerned department.

• Service fees are communicated to you before processing begins.
• Payments may be collected online (via Razorpay) or in person.
• Government / statutory fees, if any, are additional and non-negotiable.
• All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

Processing times depend entirely on the concerned government department or service provider. Any timelines we provide are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by government portals, server downtime, public holidays, or additional verification are beyond our control.

MSH Online Services acts only as a facilitator. We are not liable for:

• Rejection of an application by a government department.
• Delays caused by government portals or third parties.
• Errors arising from incorrect information provided by you.
• Changes in government rules, fees, or eligibility criteria.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the service fee paid by you to us for that specific service.

You agree not to use our services to submit false documents, impersonate another person, engage in any unlawful activity, or attempt to defraud any government department or our business.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any customer who violates these terms, provides fraudulent information, or behaves abusively toward our staff.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
