How refunds and cancellations work for service fees paid to MSH Online Services.
MSH Online Services charges a service fee for assisting you with document applications and government/private services. Because much of our work involves time, effort, and submission to third-party government portals immediately after payment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described below.

You may request cancellation of a service before processing has started. Once we have begun working on your application or submitted it to a government portal, cancellation may not be possible, and the service fee becomes non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (the card, UPI, or bank account used for payment via Razorpay). We do not issue cash refunds for online payments.

Total time is typically 7–10 business days from approval. Exact crediting time depends on your bank or card issuer.
Any government fees, application charges, or statutory payments made to a government department on your behalf are non-refundable by us, as these are paid directly to the concerned authority and are outside our control.
